Mariano Fortuny was inspired to create her dress Delphos.

Designed in 1907 and patented two years later, its Delphos dress is a pure masterpiece: made from a pleated silk tube, with flowing lines that are a revelation at a time when the corset reigns supreme .

Edited in 1979, this magnificent work was reissued in 2000 by the Editions du Regard re-published the book devoted to Mariano Fortuny by increasing and adding an important study on the creation of its fabrics entrusted to the Venetian historian Doretta Davango Poli.
